We had a fantastic experience choosing Jane to sell our home. Jane was recommended to us by close friends and we were not disappointed. We got a fantastic price for our home. Jane made the selling process easy and brought with a wealth of knowledge of selling homes. We really appreciated Jane's communication, as she was always willing to quickly respond to us whenever we reached out. Next time we sell, we would love to list with Jane again!

We found Jane to be most Helpful,Professional and Personable during the process of selling our house in Camborne. Janes suggestions for marketing the property were practical and successful. We certainly could not have asked for better service. It was a pleasure to work with Jane through the selling process of our property.Faye and Dixon McMillan

I found Jane to be very professional and helpful through out the process of selling this property. Jane communicated regularly, presented the property well and gave sound advice on buyer expectations.

We recently had the opportunity to work with Jane Mather from Collective First National Real Estate in the selling of our home in Tawa. Having lived in Tawa for 27 years we chose Jane because she was a long time Tawa person with an extensive knowledge of the Tawa market. Her warm friendly personality along with her professionalism and knowledge of the real estate market was a huge help to us in the stressful process of selling our home. She seamlessly guided us through to a successful sale inside the timeline she had given us and gained us a sale price above the price expectation she gave us at the start. How Jane worked with us through the sale of the Tawa house convinced us to allow her sell my wife’s mothers house in Newlands, with the same wonderful sale result. Thanks Jane, you’re a rockstar of the Real Estate industry and we would not hesitate to recommend you to other people who may be considering selling their home. Murray and Lynley Leman

Jane is fast, efficient and very hard working. She is great at what she does and will exceed your price expectations. If you’re looking for someone who is a go getter and knows how to get the best price possible for your property, go for Jane.

I flew from Auckland to find an Agent to sell my Mother's house as she had gone into care. I was given a recommendation from a friend so made arrangements to meet with Jane and one other Agent from a different Company. By the time I flew back to Auckland later that day I knew that Jane was my choice and never regretted that decision. I got regular updates during the process of sale by Deadline Date for 6th August. Again I flew down for the occasion and the sale price exceeded all expectations. Jane did a fabulous job and she comes with my highest recommendation.

Jane was amazing right from the beginning. She came in with detailed reports and she covered everything in the booklet. It was done very professionally but also adding human factor to it. She gave us update all throughout the process and was very glad we have chosen Jane!

Jane did a great job selling our home and made the whole process such a breeze! She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, and reliable. She really cared about us, understood our needs, and even gave us ideas on how to better present our home. This was our first time selling, but we had bought our home from Jane and kept in touch over the years. She's professional and personal and helped us every step of the way. Jane is easy to deal with, very experienced, and we highly recommend her to anyone looking to sell. :)
