We were not happy at all with our experience with Jane. She ended up costing us a lot of money that wasn't needed. We also felt that she wasn't working for us as vendors at all, only wanted the sale and her money in the end - she had lost sight of what our goals as the vendors was. Definitely wouldn't be using again.
Jane has been the most complete real estate agent I have ever experienced in my situation of buying and selling our houses. She was efficient, prompt and knowledge in all the stages from the beginning of the listing to after sale service for the new owners.
We worked with Jane at a time of the year where most other realtors were trying to wind down for the xmas & new years break. Jane came to our home to meet with us and answered all of our questions around feasibility of listing at short notice, a suitable approach for listing our home that met our requirements for a quick listing and deadline sale. Once we signed the e documents (which were very efficient) we were contacted by Jane to organize some private viewings and open homes. After each viewing Jane provided indepth info each person that visited and went away working on getting offers. We are absolutely convinced that the knowledge Jane has of the local market and the type of buyers that would look for a home like ours are what allowed us to successfully sell our home at a time of the year where others were not and capitalize on the market conditions at the time.
Our experience was very positive. We found her communication to be very clear and timely. She was defiantly working for us and not they buyers. Jane has a manner that makes her very personable, and has a warmth that Im sure works wonders at open homes.
Jane took on our property under the pressure of us purchasing another property elsewhere. She saw the potential in our property and worked with us in a personalized and responsive way. She helped us navigate many challenges that came with listing and selling a house, talking us through each step. She provided us advise and explained things that were unclear to us as first time sellers. We highly recommend Jane as she is a respectful, responsive and adaptive agent who cares for sellers as people and not just a client.
Jane King was absolutely marvelous throughout the whole process of selling my old house and the purchase of the new one. She guided us the whole way and gave us tips that would enhance the appeal to buyers of the old house. She did much to relieve the stresses involved by helping us to keep a positive outlook on everything. I would recommend Jane to anyone who is looking at either buying or selling their house.
