Jane was very professional but incredibly helpful in all areas. I found the process overwhelming at times and she was easy to discuss my concerns or answer my questions. Jane was friendly as well as professional and even though I knew she was working for the vendours, she also looked my best interests. I give Jane 100% overall. She was wonderful!
