Jane is straight up, she is super positive and she instils great confidence in vendors. She managed the 'house damage drama' with great professionalism and humour. I really appreciated how she kept me up to date with developments and kept her comms brief and timely. I expect the potential purchasers enjoyed working with Jane also. However, all offers came in around a similar figure so this probably reflected the perceived value of the property and had nothing to do with how it was marketed.
