OMG Where do I start Jana has just been so so amazing from start to finish I cannot say enough for the work that Jana has put into me finding homes to view. Always has information when asked nothing was ever a problem, worked with me just so professional and always with a smile. I would not hesitate to recommend Jana to anybody.

We had a fantastic experience selling our home through Jana. Her communication was clear and frequent, her guidance on marketing and selling strategy was right on point, and her work ethic was tireless. We’re confident that the outcome that Jana delivered us for our property was far better than we would have achieved with any other agent.

Thank you so much Jana! You made this journey an easy one for us!

Thanks Jana for all help and understanding on the sale of our house. Its been home for the last 28years. You made this journey memorable. Your honesty and integrity and communication style are a stand out. Thanks so much for all the hard work and hours you put in.

Jana was very professional and patient while we viewed quite a few homes in a short amount of time. She was also flexible with her availability from early morning viewings or after work hours. She was also great at responding quickly and listens to what you're looking for i.e. location, number of rooms/bathrooms, your budget, etc. 5 stars!

Jana was very competent during the entire process. I was impressed with the speed of her responses and her explanations were always thorough.

There aren't enough words to express how grateful we are to Jana for her help in our hunt for our first home. We were 2 fish out of the water and every step of the way I was able to bombard her with silly questions. She kept in contact to a level that we appreciated and were not overwhelmed with calls about property's that did not suit. We felt like she listened to what we wanted and because of her we have that and more. If we could give 20 stars we would!!

Once again Jana show us why is a top agent. Sold our home and helped us purchase another. Her dedication to all phases of the selling and purchasing of the other was outstanding. We would recommend Jana to anyone whom would like to purchase or sell a property. Thankyou Jana

We recently worked with Jana Kivell from Harcourts to sell our rental property, and I am thrilled with the results! She made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Throughout the process, Jana was always available for questions and updates, ensuring clear communication. Jana also excelled in negotiations, securing the best offer for me. I highly recommend Jana Kivell for anyone looking to sell a property. Her professionalism and expertise made the sale a fantastic experience! Thank you, Jana!

Jana was knowledgeable, kind, and considerate throughout the process of selling our house. She was supportive and set up a communication line with a group chat and was always quick to answer questions. She was innovative with marketing using current platforms. We found Jana to have a gentle nature and we never felt pressured or rushed by her. We hope Jana stays in Hamilton for a number of years so we can have her as our agent again.

When we decided to sell our home, we expected it to be stressful and complicated journey. But from the moment we started working with Jana, we realised how wrong we were! Her warmth, expertise, and dedication turned the entire process into a breeze. Jana’s deep market knowledge, commitment to our goals, and clear, timely communication made us feel confident every step of the way. We’re incredibly thankful for her guidance and can’t recommend her highly enough!
