I can write a novel about the level of service Jana has provided but I will keep it short and sweet. Being first home buyers in a foreign country is always challenging, but we had Jana on our side which made it a great easy experience. From finding our dream home to buying it. Jana has supported us every step of the way no matter how often we called. She made herself available to us whenever we needed. She's always helpful and gives her very best in everything she does. Without her, our dream would have only stayed a dream.

Jana has been nothing but a blessing. She is extremely kind,committed and works for you in the best possible way. We cannot speak highly enough about our experience with Jana. We were only looking to sell if we found could find the right place. After a first meeting and a chat that evening Jana acted as a buying agent for us. Coordinating viewings when we were interested, getting extra information for us. When we found the right place she met us there on multiple occasions. Her ability to explain the process as we negotiated was fantastic. Listing was a breeze then as well. The best thing through the process was communication. Whenever we were wondering about an update from an interested party, an update would soon follow unprompted. If we had a question about the property, the buyers or the process it would be followed up on immediately. We originally met Jana at the start of the year when we first moved to Hamilton. She was very helpful with providing information about the market in Hamilton. A few months later we grew tired of renting and came across Jana at a open home in Flagstaff. Jana knew the moment we walked into the property that we were not impressed, and told us there was another house she was showing that might meet our expectations. We were offered private viewing prior as we missed the open home that weekend. We went to view the property (which happened to be the property we purchased), and knew instantly this would be our first home. Jana helped provide information and made the process easy and understandable for us as first home buyers. There was constant and consistent communication from the moment we viewed the house, right up to the moment we went unconditional. Jana is very dedicated to her job and even showed up at our door on a Sunday afternoon at 6pm to sign some documents, to ensure there was no delays in the process. Even after we went unconditional, Jana still found time to meet us at the property and take a family photo for us in front of our new house. Overall we think Jana would go above and beyond to ensure both vendors and purchasers are getting the best service and least stress, in the emotional roller-coaster that is the property market. We would highly recommend Jana to any vendor/purchaser looking to delve into property market in the near future. You will not be disappointed!
