We worked with Jan as buyers for our new home in West Melton, her duty was to the vendor but we found her excellent to deal with. Fair, honest and approachable with any questions we needed answers for to make an informed decision. As a West Melton local herself, Jan really knew the area and made the whole process easy. This is hopefully our forever home but if we ever buy another we'd love to do it through Jan.
