She therefore came up with a suitable marketing plan, that fitted with my tight timeline! and a family event before sale, which was executed beautifully. From the initial appraisal through to settlement, she was very patient, adaptable, not pushy, but she was focused and on the job, and through her experience knew what was required to sell the property. Being on my own I appreciated her help with local service people to bring the place up to the required standard for sale. Another thing I was impressed about was, she immediately gave feedback after open homes, and updates on progress. Because of her caring personality, she took the stress out of the whole process, and I observed she worked hard for both the seller and the buyer to get the result that suited both parties.
