I was unable to travel to see the property but the photos, description and presentation were v. good. Phone conversations were open and positive, so I had a v good friend view the property finding Jan v helpful, straight forward and professional. I get that Jan's obligation was to the vendor in this deal, but I feel I was very fairly treated. Fairness is a rare commodity these days. I've really appreciated her willingness to give advice and suggestions while I've been coordinating things from a different city. Jan understood what I was trying to accomplish, and when she said to me "Sometimes it's about getting good outcomes for good people", it had authenticity that matched my experience of working with her.
