Selling our first home was the hardest decision we have to make. Every part of it, old and new, was part of our life savings. Every sacrifice and hardship was engrave on every part of the building. Letting it go was not easy especially selling it at a cost based on what people say around. Then we met Jamie! Hesitation went away and found our selves selling hour house the next day,Ha ha! That was because Jamie was so good at her work and has professionally communicated to us all the "pros and cons" of selling the house with the current market status.
