Great experience

We chose James Liu and Ihaia Delaney to sell our Murrays Bay home and were very happy with both the campaign and the final result. James brought a lot of experience and confidence to the process. He had a clear strategy from the beginning, understood the value of our home and gave us good advice throughout. He was also excellent at keeping us on track. There is a lot to think about when selling a house, and James was very good at reminding us what needed to be done, following things up and making sure nothing was missed. We always knew what was happening and what the next step was. We also appreciated that we never felt pressured to lower our expectations simply to get a sale. On auction day James, Ihaia and our auctioneer Sam worked extremely well together and got the property sold. We came away genuinely happy with both the result and the way our sale was handled. We were very pleased we chose James and Ihaia and would happily recommend them.
