James is extremely responsive and kept us in the loop throughout the whole process when dealing with different buyers. This made the process extremely transparent and kept our minds at ease the whole time. James also puts a lot of effort into marketing your property, and we were over the moon with how our photos and video turned out to really showcase our home for sale - I believe without the awesome marketing, we would not have sold. On top of this, James is bi lingual which makes dealing with different nationalities a breeze and again i feel without this trait, we would not have sold our property.
