Although we were not intending a shift initially our circumstances changed and we were faced with making a move. James initially worked tirelessly to identify what we needed and then find us a property that would fit our requirements, we viewed many properties with James until we identified the right fit as we had some quite specific needs. He then helped secure that property long enough for us to turn our attentions to actually selling our existing property. As we all know it’s a very stressful process but with James’s calm disposition and market knowledge he quickly identified a potential buyer even before we officially went to market. Again James worked tirelessly to put the whole buying and selling process over the line with a win win for all parties. We could not have achieved this outcome without his market knowledge and communication skills and although he is dealing with many clients at a time we always thought he was focused entirely on our needs.
