I bought my new house with James, btw, 5 star experience with that too, and asked him to sell my old one. The marketing was great. Had almost 60 groups of people come looking over the 3 weeks of open home. Comparing some other similar houses on the market this was incredible result. House was sold at the auction which is also not as common these days. The Price is just about what he predicted and gave feedback on. Overall we were quite happy with the result and thank you James for a job well done. Strongly recommend having James as your agent!
