By pure coincidence, James knocked on our door while we were tentatively scouting for a new home, offering his expertise and local experience to help us both find a new place and sell our (then) current one. While we ended up buying a property we'd inquired about before meeting him, he did introduce us to a number of properties which were right in line with what we were looking for. More importantly though, he made the process of running a campaign for our existing place an absolute breeze. James explanations and updates on the sales process were easy to understand, comprehensive and transparent. At no point were we left wondering about our options, the cost structures, or our obligations. We really appreciated James' genuine empathy for our personal situation: we have two extremely active and messy young boys with difficult nap schedules, which made finding open home times impossible. Instead of trying for a parallel stressful campaign during our search for a new home, James managed to pull off a lightning quick one in the middle of December after we'd settled in our new home, going from listed to securing a multi-offer presentation in just 8 days! James kept us updated throughout. Getting that kind of momentum during the holiday season was nothing short of impressive and is a testament to his skill and local market expertise. Beyond the professional results, James is just a really great guy. It’s obvious he really cares, listens to his clients needs and takes immense pride in his work. We would absolutely call on him again to sell for us in the future, and we cannot recommend him highly enough to our friends and neighbors in the area.
