Couldn't be happier with the service James provided me as a buyer's agent. He searched (for quite some time) for a house that met our needs. He was always available, arranged viewings that suited my timetable and kept me informed at every step. Thanks so much James!
From the first point of contact to the conclusion of the sale, James was 100% professional in all aspects. We were kept informed of numbers from the open home, had weekly meetings where we were advised of numbers of hits on the website etc and even throughout the entire process James never lost faith in us getting the agreed amount even with the continual doom and gloom in the media surrounding mortgage rates. If we were ever going to be in the market to sell or buy in Christchurch we would without doubt utilise the immense skills that James has to offer. His punctuality, personality and people skills are just what is needed and his honesty and integrity left us in no doubt that we chose the right person to market our property. We couldn't be happier with our decision and a big thank you to James for all his hard work and also a massive shout out to Ned, the auctioneer, who was a joy to watch ply his trade. Thank you to James and Harcourts. You guys rock!
James was an absolute pleasure to work with during the purchase of my first home! Given that this was a very new and dauting experience for me, James was incredibly supportive, genuine, and committed to the task. He took me to multiple private open homes, and worked day and night to ensure I was happy (this included working his schedule to accommodate a 14 hour time difference, so that I could facetime my parents from overseas to view a home!) His communications with me throughout the process were very prompt, and he was always able to help out where and when needed, answering my many queries and concerns with transparency. He is incredibly dedicated to his work and his clients, and in general a lovely, positive person.
You can throw all your preconceived negative notions about real estate agents out the window when you deal with James. I worked with James as a buyers agent to purchase a house in Rolleston for myself and my 2 children. I have unique needs as my working arrangement dictated we find a property that accommodated a rather large office setup. James understood that, he worked tirelessly to assist wherever he could and eventually we found a winner! James is the consummate professional, doesn't push, listens and most importantly does what he says he will do. I have no hesitation in recommending James to any prospective buyer or seller. Easily one of the best agents in Christchurch!
Jamse has helped me buying my first home. He is a fantastic Agent as he understands the local housing market quite well. He pays attention to detail and gives you honest advice especially I'm new to Christchurch. He knows what he is doing, is able to clearly explain every step of the process, and provide the necessary guidance. His communication skills shine through, as does his friendly and approachable nature. Highly recommended A+++!
James was very professional, helpful and obliging. He went far and above our expectations. James is very knowledgeable, thoughtful and kept us up to date with everything that was happening. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend James who is an outstanding young man. We were very pleased with the whole experience of selling our house with James. He took all the stress out of our hands and made it a very enjoyable experience.
James is a go getter! His professionalism was outstanding and the way he operates is like a real estate weapon. Always on time with every thing. Kept us updated with every step of the way. His market knowledge was outstanding along with the way he delivered all the news. If you're thinking of selling, touch base with James you will not regret selecting the best agent we have had the pleasure of dealing with! P.S I've never in my time seen an agent physically get on the tools and help out. Stepping up how things are done in the business. Nice work.
The experience with James in selling our house with Harcourts was fantastic. Through every step of the process, he guided us. In addition to James's professionalism and enthusiasm, the entire process went smoothly. Despite our most optimistic sales price expectations, he exceeded them by a mile. Furthermore, he went above and beyond what was expected of him. I would have absolutely no doubt in saying don't sell or buy through anyone else! Thanks again James.
This was my first experience selling a house and James made the entire process seamless and exceeded our expectations! He went the extra mile on more than one occasion, well outside of what I would be expecting a real estate agent to do! I couldn't recommend James highly enough, and our house was sold at Deadline!
