James is professional and always keeps you updated with what's happening. Makes life easy, he's a straight up guy and I would totally recommend him. Second time I have used him and his standards are still extremely high. Bloody good bugger as well.

Ian has been involved involved in the property industry for all of his working life. He has dealt with many agents. Some have been motivated by their own self interests (other than commission), others have had,an "I know it all attitude", and some have worked closely - becoming part of his working team. James definitely fitted the last description. He was part of our team! We were moving to Ch Ch from Papamoa and were not familiar with Ch Ch suburbs or what stock was available in our price range. James collated information on the market, encouraged us to send lists of properties that we liked the look off, and gave overviews of locations. We flew into Ch Ch on a Saturday morning . He met us , had breakfast with us and we proceeded to view 11 homes across the city. The diversity of property we were shown was what we were looking for, whilst James would give us his opinion on both the property and location. He remained engaged through the whole excersise. We were his client We noticed too, his respect for other agents when we visited properties - whether from his own company or other realtors. We did purchase a property which is still to settle. However, since we signed the S & PA, James has continued to be interested in the transaction and has acted as a go to in asking particular questions re aspects of the property purchased. Professional in attitude, young and confident, and knowing his stuff, James has a successful future in front of him. Would we use him again? Absolutely, both as a buyers agent or a local real estate agent. Hopefully, we will continue to meet with him as a friend.
