After having looked on line at various properties for sale around the Marsden Cove Marina area I contacted you on the 7th October 2021 to get more information on the Barbados Way property listed, I was immediately impressed with your easygoing professionalism, because of the ongoing country “lockdown" preventing me from physically inspecting the property I was totally reliant on you, James you made it so easy & seamless from taking me on a virtual “FaceTime” tour of the interior, exterior and me being able to have you point the camera any which way I wanted to have a closer look. As the auction was 20 days after my initial enquiry you advised me to watch an online Zoom auction a week prior to get the feel of an auction void of the excitement generated by a crowded auction room so that I knew beforehand what to expect on my day. On the 27th October I was fortunate to win the auction totally reliant on what I was seeing and hearing on my computer screen. Remembering I still hadn’t physically inspected my new home, so when I arrived with my furniture trucking company you took me on a tour and I couldn’t of been more happier and satisfied that the property was just perfect for me!
