James made us feel super comfortable with such a big decision by putting in a ton of work gathering all the relevant information and making some amazing videos to show us everything about the land from the hidden boundary pegs behind native bush to the views of the ocean, sunsets & birdsong, he was always keen to help even visiting the site at different hours of the day to video call and show us around.
