Jake helped the reviewer sell this property

Very good with an ability to give us the best information possible on both the sale and purchase.

Whenever we had a querry on both the sale of our own property and the purchase of the new one both Jake and Mimi were very receptive to our requests as well as being very knowledgeable on all aspects. Even though we had the cart before the horse in the sale and purchase scenario, it was navigated very well and a sale price slightly beyond our initial expectations was realised, along with an extended settlement, allowing us to remain in our current property until such time as the new property is ready. Obviously their market knowledge and negotiating skills were very prominent. This was greatly appreciated by both of us. I would highly recommend Jake and Mimi to anyone contemplating both the sale and purchase of property. Kind regards, Jenifer and Graeme Thomson
