Before looking at this property Jake knew the wishlist for our next family home. His first comment was "I think you guys are going to love this home" and he was absolutely spot on. He didn't push properties on us, rather he kept an eye out for the property that would tick our box's. He went above and beyond to secure it for us and even when my nerves got the best of me he reassured us not to give up hope on his ability to make it happen! Jake’s been incredibly helpful on my first home journey, I checked out two houses with him that both I was really interested in, and one of them was “the one”! He had a lot of information on the properties, sent me all the documentation (via email) I might need or want to look at for any of the properties I viewed, and also provided me emails with other options that I may be interested in looking at. He’s friendly and easygoing which made my experience a lot calmer than it normally would have been. It being my first home, I was obviously in the deep end a little bit as I’m not hugely experienced yet, but he made everything so easy for me that I didn’t need to stress much at all because of his help. Wonderful experience with Jake and I hope to deal with him again in the future when I’m buying house #2!!
