Jake’s been incredibly helpful on my first home journey, I checked out two houses with him that both I was really interested in, and one of them was “the one”! He had a lot of information on the properties, sent me all the documentation (via email) I might need or want to look at for any of the properties I viewed, and also provided me emails with other options that I may be interested in looking at. He’s friendly and easygoing which made my experience a lot calmer than it normally would have been. It being my first home, I was obviously in the deep end a little bit as I’m not hugely experienced yet, but he made everything so easy for me that I didn’t need to stress much at all because of his help. Wonderful experience with Jake and I hope to deal with him again in the future when I’m buying house #2!!
