Going Above and Beyond

Having moved from Dunedin to Auckland some years earlier, we needed an agent who could not only arrange the sale of our Belleknowes home, but also ensure it was well presented after having tenants. From arranging cleaning, tradesmen, painting and staging, it was all done willingly, and we never had to return to Dunedin at any stage. Jacqui and her team are amazing! Nothing was too much trouble and her advice and work was spot on. She kept us well informed at every stage so we always had a good idea of where the property was at in the process. Jacqui and Stephen really know their stuff and their experience not only made the process almost worry-free, but also achieved us a very reasonable price in what was a difficult market for sellers. We can't recommend Jacqui more highly!
