Jacqui and team took care of the sale of our family home while we weren't even in the same country, let alone town. All communication was excellent (very flexible - email, text, phone as needed depending on time zones and locations), and all the small details were covered without us having to follow up. Jacqui was truly independent and got the job done quickly, and did a great job of balancing communication with efficiency - I felt like we were consulted where we needed to be, but anything that didn't need a conversation just got done quickly and well. Hard to imagine a home sale going more smoothly!

Where to start? The headline: Jacqui and Ami are amazing. From the moment we first spoke to Jacqui about selling our property we knew we were in safe hands. The stress and anxiety just melted away. We were mid-reno and Jacqui did not see our house at its best, but she could see what we were aiming for. We followed all of her advice, we took advantage of her network of experts and sold our home for the price we were hoping for as well as on the (very tight) timescales that we had to buy our new property. Jacqui and Ami were clear, helpful, had lots of suggestions, and we knew that when they said "you should do this..." that Jacqui's years of experience were coming in to play. Hint: Do exactly what she says! I'm sorry Jacqui if this seems like an unfair description but it felt like we had our mum or favourite auntie holding our hands through the whole process. Safe, confidence inspiring, calm and knowledgeable. I cannot recommend more highly. If we weren't in our forever home now, we would use her again in a heartbeat. We have used Team Johnstons for over 20 years and have sold several homes in that time. Jacqui knows us well indeed has become a welcome friend in this time.
