Well what a journey it was!! A flood just after moving out, a VERY difficult prospective purchaser (who I doubt would EVER be satisfied - and made too many demands which were unnecesssry) and finally a very easy sale, but it certainly wasn’t the easy sale we thought it would be. However, patience did prevail and once all the remedial work was done, it only took one very contented purchaser to seal the deal. Leigh and Jacqui did a sterling job, always with a smile and steely determination to bring the sale to its conclusion! A great team who went above and beyond what was required of them to get the job done - we would definitely recommend this team to anyone wanting to sell 😊
