From our first 'walk in' at an open home and through many many open homes Shelley was the ultimate professional. Working with Jackie they answered all our questions promptly and efficiently. They communicated well on new properties coming to the market and any changes to properties we had previously viewed. As we were in the North Island they were accommodating in our availability times. Their local knowledge was excellent and they built our trust. There liaison between each other is very strong and we knew what was discussed with one would be effectively updated to the other.
