Great knowledge of the local area

Jackie was very professional in all aspects - she communicated very well and her knowledge of the area was excellent. We never felt pressured in any way and she was able to answer all of our questions. She had a good understanding of all the properties that she showed us and we felt that she was very honest in all of her dealings with us.
