I have become compelled to write this review after our experience with the agents Jack Ramasamy and Arjun Mahajan (Jack's team member). We have purchased a house through them about 5 months ago which was not a fruitful experience. We have strongly felt that the agents disappointed us a big time by not understanding our needs. We only realised a little later which to an extent is our fault, but then thinking back, the agents showed us the least of the minimal professionalism. We attended multiple auctions with them and we only get pressured to go beyond our budget (though our budget was still very high in our opinion). The house we purchase is good, but we did not initially intend to buy this, but due to the pressure from these agents, on the auction day, we ended up buying this house. They knew our budget, but they never considered our financial welfare, instead, they 'always' asked us to go beyond our budget which we, fortunately, did not do by ignoring them. What is more sad is that their attitude and the language. Though we contacted Jack to be our main agent, Arjun acted on his behalf. Even though our budget was high, Arjun used to use languages like 'don't be greedy!' while Jack told us once during our unsuccessful auction event, 'Bring more money or more luck next time'! After winning the auction of our current house, I asked Jack what do you think about the house and his response was 'not sure, I only saw the house from outside'. So I hereby ask, both these agents to be considerate of people's feelings, and not only about their commission. I would never recommend this duo to anyone.
