Rahul was very responsive, he got back to me to inform me that the property although it was under offer already with the condition being that the prospective purchaser had to sell their own house and that this was dragging on taking to long , he suggested i could make a backup offer with minimal or no conditions and would stand a fair chance of getting it, so we did and yes we purchased it.
