As an overseas vendor, I was looking for a reliable, results-driven professional who I could trust and communicate well with. Within minutes of speaking to Iza on the phone, I knew I had found the right person to get the job done. Iza was exceptional in every regard, from the discussing marketing campaign, keeping me updated after every viewing (and enquiry), right through to getting the keys handed over to the buyer. Iza is a safe pair of hands and an absolute professional who will help you achieve a great result. We could not have dreamt of a better outcome. Will definitely be working with him in the future, many thanks for all of your hard work Iza.

I am pleased with Iza"s efforts and have every confidence in your continued success.highly recommended .

My experience with Iza was unrivalled by any other agent. He is very knowledgeable about the market, how it works, and all the processes that are involved with property. Best thing is, Iza is not pushy to selling you anything. He listens, tries to understand what the buyer is after and what their needs are, and advises accordingly. Would HIGHLY recommend getting in touch with him. All the best with the future!

Iza was lovely to deal with, he answered all questions that we had, he was great with communication and very knowledgeable. Not your typical pushy sales person, we felt he was very genuine and wanted the best outcome for all parties involved.

Excellent selling experience with Iza

We found Iza to be very professional, cooperative and enthusiastic. He took care of our needs, suitability and comfort throughout the process.

From the first time I spoke with Iza I could tell he was the man for the job. He certainly delivered as within 5 days of advertising we got 13 offers, the top ones of which were significantly higher than even my best-case estimate. His advice was clear and correct and we appreciated his Auckland knowledge given we were selling it remotely. A great property agent, no doubt, and we have no hesitation in recommending him to others.
