Iza has a great deal of energy but it is focussed and very professional. He has high level negotiating skills and is a very good, clear and transparent negotiator. I always knew what was going on and where I stood in the sales process. He communicated clearly and in a timely manner. He presented very well, smart but appropriate. My property was offered to Iza by another agent after being on the market for over 10 months, it took Iza 3 weeks to secure a sale once he had the listing. He understands the market he operates in very well indeed. I was introduced to Iza when he was the vendor's agent and I was a prospective buyer. Whilst not directly working for me, I was nevertheless impressed with Iza's immaculate negotiation skills and professionalism. He went out of his way to show me the property as many times as I desired and he did so by maintaining a great rapport with the tenants which helped negotiate viewing times that suited me. However the one thing which stood out for me was his ability to close out the sale and get the best price possible for the vendor. I was absolutely convinced that I would in no way put a higher figure than what I had already put on paper as my initial offer, yet Iza's negotiation skills got the better off and had me putting a higher figure - which I do not regret at all, as it was still a great buy. Iza was fantastic dealing with ambiguity in this case there was a piece of incomplete soffit work which would otherwise impact the selling price and Iza quickly proposed a couple of options - best and worst case - which meant that come settlement day everything went smoothly. Furthermore Iza is friendly and very easy to get along with. I would have no hesitation in using him as my agent if I was to buy or sell in future in the South Auckland area. Well done Iza! Cheers
