Throughout the process of purchasing our first home Isabelle kept us up-to-date and well informed on the current stage of the process, making it easy and straightforward for us. During the inspections and initial viewing all information was available and easy to access, She also knew all aspects of the property so all questions were quickly answered and followed up on. This was much appreciated as we knew the background work had been done which made checks and inspections a breeze.

We originally picked Isabelle as our agent because she was by far the most personable, friendly and non pushy of all the agents we talked to. Unfortunately the prospective buyers were unable to get finance because we had no CCC for the house. It has been a three year journey to get a CCC and Isabelle has been with us with support suggestions and arranging contractors to assist us in getting a CCC from the council. She has been unfailing supportive happy and has shown a bulldog type ternacity in getting our house sold, I would reccomend her to anybody who is looking to sell their house. Isabelle has become our friend and she and her family will allways be welcome in our new home.
