I found Inder great to deal with as he is an experienced sales manager in real estate sales. I found him not only professional but also honest in doing what he says he will do. He managed to get a price for our property above what we expected and what the appraisals from others were saying. I would certainly recommend Inder and Smita (a great team) to anyone wanting to sell their most valuable asset.
Inder's professional yet friendly manner made us feel very comfortable and confident that we were in good hands when we were selling our home. He worked hard and with a real passion to achieve what we wanted and the end result truly exceeded our expecttions. We would recommend Inder for anyone looking for a dedicated and professional real estate agent.
He has been really honest with us and found really good place for us
Inder Tak successfully carried out the sale of our property meeting our price expectations. Right from the get go, Inder was extremely professional in the way he conducted the whole process of listing the property for sale, taking us through the marketing strategy, giving us specific time frames for the sale, giving us an honest market price appraisal and helping us getting the property ready for sale and also helping us with some challenging decisions that we had to make. We absolutely enjoyed working with him and we could not have asked for a better end result. We would highly recommend his services to whoever is looking at selling their properties or even buying properties.

We would like to say a HUGE thank you to Inder for doing such an amazing job at selling our house. He was faced with a few obstacles at the beginning due to our house looking like a plaster home even though it was a rendered solid concrete block home. This meant that people were only looking at the photos online and not coming to the open home to view it in person. This did not dishearten Inder. He kept his cool and kept us calm and gave lots of helpful advice which we followed, and a few weeks later our house was sold for the exact amount we wanted! Once again we can’t say how happy we are and we highly recommend Inder to everyone who wants an agent that really works hard to not just meet but exceed your expectations.
Inder sold our house for a good price and in a great time. He knew exactly what we needed to do to the house to get top dollar and how to present it.
Inder has been a wonderful person to work with. He understood our needs and requirements. He worked around with what suited us in concept to time and availability. He made sure that we get the best value of our property and also helped us purchase a new home. I would highly recommend Inder.
Inder helped us secured our first home and he provided excellent service. He always makes himself available anytime for any advise even on weekends and night time. He never left us from the time we started looking for a house until the final settlement. His network is an added value and we highly recommend Inder.
I have known Inder Tak for long time and he was the agent for our family selling and buying properties When I decided to put my property for sell, I didn’t hesitate to contact Inder to be my agent. Through the process of selling Inder suggested a few advice which had a good impact on sell price. I had an issue with LIM report and Inder took full responsibility to get that sorted In a very short time I am happy and would not hesitate to refer other sellers to Inder Tak
It has been an absolute pleasure dealing with Inder from the very start to the end. I was personally very spectical when it came to agents with buying my first property, and Inder made it very smooth sailing. Not once did I ever feel preasured or forced to make any decisions. His manner was polite and respectful ALL of the time. He always made time for me and was always there when I had any questions or was unsure. I'm extremely grateful for all his help and will definitely recommend him to any buyers or sellers.
