It was great dealing with Inder and Smita throughout our house hunting process. Their professionalism, market knowledge, and punctuality were really commendable. We were given the best advice, much needed for a first home buyer. Would happily recommend them to anyone.
When you work with someone for the first time, you may just be going with the intention of trying but if you continue working with same person for more than 3 yrs, that shows the great result Inder provides you. What a commitment he provides ensuring you get best services. He never steps back from providing you the right advice and he never sugar coats anything, absolutely transparent with what’s there. This is amazing traits and that’s what you look for which you’re buying/selling your property. Inder / Smita - Thank you very much for the continued best services, cheers to all these years and may we continue to work like this.

We have been working with Inder since then and we highly recommend Tak team. Thank you Inder & Smita. When we first met you, we didn’t even imagine in our dreams that we will be living in this house.
Inder was amazing selling our 1st house so we had to use him again for this one! His knowledge of the market is incredible! I would highly recommend him to anyone
Mr Inder Tak is a very experienced and an amazing real estate agent who understood our needs, budget and requirements right from the get go. The variety of properties he showed us challenged our perception of what we thought was a good first home. He gave us sound, reliable advice which when paired with his professionalism and reach resulted in a very stress-free buying experience for us. Thank you Inder for helping us realise our goal, we could not have asked for a better agent!
Mr. Inder Tak has got vast knowledge in all aspects of his field, simple and no jargon language and most of all he is dependable
My Sister M Asher recommended him but I was very apprehensive I also spoke to Michelle Baya who also highly recommended him I have dealt with a lot of Real Estate Agents over a number of years As stated his appearance and the advertising on the car spoke volumes for his reputation I found Inder to be Very Sincere , Very Knowledgeable, Very Professional Reliable, Good Communication and I can sincerely say he was a pleasure to deal with He like me had some major problems with the tenant and the property but to his credit nothing really was beyond his control I have taken the trouble to give extensive comments on my review of Inder but as stated of all Agents I have ever dealt with I will with fond memories remember Inder and would recommend him very highly All the Best Inder Geoff Asher
This is third time we have worked with Inder. He is fantastic - diligent , persevering, hard working and on top of the process. Every detail handled with care which is hallmark of his professional competence. Will never think twice of returning to him when required for more property transactions.
Inder has been amazing at selling our property and helping us buy a new one. His professionalism is unmatched. Hi sincerity and dedication to his clients is visible every step of the way.

Inder had good market knowledge, was responsive and professional
It was a long process for my wife and I to fine the right agent we felt comfortable with. We had met many agents and attended numerous auctions, but never felt comfortable with any agent. It wasn't until we met Inder Tak that we knew that we had found the right person to market our house. From the moment we met Inder he made us feel comfortable and did not push us for an early sale. As we were looking for a section to build on we told Inder we would not be ready to sell for 2 years. This was no problem to Inder and over the next 2 years he kept us in touch with market updates. When we finally decided to list Inder's professionalism kicked into action. From the initial signing through to the marketing strategy , combined with Inder's skillset and knowledge we were on the market within a few days. We had a major council administration problem which would normally have taken weeks to sort, this was taken care of by Inder within a couple of hours using his extensive knowledge, expertise and contacts. We had a pre-Auction offer within a week and the auction was brought forward. The Auction was a great success and our home sold for a great price. We found Inder truthful, upfront and always kept us updated with the marketing of our home. Detailed feedback from every open home made us feel comfortable and re-assured us the process was working. We cannot recommend Inder highly enough and are glad that we chose him and his wife to sell our home of 21 years. We are now moving onto the next stage of our life having had a very stress free experience of selling our home.
