Ilse presented professionally, friendly and warm . At times could be direct, however having a partner and co worker that balanced this approach the combination worked well. She persevered with the potential buyers and worked hard to get the best result. Felt she became more relaxed as the process developed and therefore more affirming and easy to work with. Her feedback and communication and was detailed regular and continual keeping us well informed and was very much appreciated. Also we appreciated being involved in the process - selecting photos and writing the text and thank her for accepting learnings from her practice.
