Ilse presented professionally, friendly and warm . At times could be direct, however having a partner and co worker that balanced this approach the combination worked well. She persevered with the potential buyers and worked hard to get the best result. Felt she became more relaxed as the process developed and therefore more affirming and easy to work with. Her feedback and communication and was detailed regular and continual keeping us well informed and was very much appreciated. I loved Ilse and her team member Roz's ability to think ahead and recommend options before I had to think about it. They went above and beyond in jobs like sourcing blinds and lampshades so that installation went smoothly. I was not in the same city, so knowing they were keeping on top of jobs being done before the house went to market, was so reassuring.
