He made it very easy in recommending a local builder for a builders report, liaising with the tenants to allow the inspection to take place. Elizabeth had the hard of job of selling our house in a market that was devoid of anyone with any intention to buy. The potential buyers were still to list their homes, none were cashed up ready to buy. Also the recent CVs meant neither sellers or buyers knew what a property was worth. Elizabeth did a good job of getting a lot of people to view our property in a short space of time but no-one really was a serious buyer. We only needed one person to love our house as much as we did and eventually someone did. Over the course of the campaign, Elizabeth helped us to reassess our expectations as the reality of the current market hit home.
