I first meet Ian whilst purchasing my soon to be new home. He was quiet but knowledgeable, allowing me to look through the house without interruption. I had a couple of questions which he answered. I left there thinking I’m not sure if this property is what I’m after, although it did tick several boxes. That however changed after I requested a few more viewings, which Ian was happy to organise. I have had a few requests around moving date etc and Ian has negotiated these with the vendors. From a purchasers perspective I found Ian to be amicable and knowledgeable.
