Ian was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable about the property we were buying, the auction process through which we were making our purchase and all of the little details such as who to contact for jobs needing done before moving in.

We purchased a section off Ian and whilst he called the day prior to settlement, to advise the owner had cleared the land of their rubbish, we received no congratulations on the day. Felt like we weren't valued, as it may not have been a big transaction for him. But every buyer should count, no matter how big or small the property purchase is, and how much commission a real estate salesperson is earning in that transaction.
