We have worked with and engaged with all the team at 003 for a few years whilst we make the decision on when to finally commit and make the pōhutukawa coast our new home. Ian, as one of the 003 Team worked his magic in to separate ways wilt our sale. Firstly, I believe he came up with the marketing Headline of "Rase the flag." Appropriate as we proudly flew the NZ flag in an eye catching place. Ian's second bit of magic came with the staging of our home. Simple and supple changes with what we had. Ruthlessly de-cluttering us and add colour where a simple bloke like me would never even consider to.
