I saw Helen when she was running the open home for this property. Helen was friendly and extremely professional. She put in the effort to understand what I wanted to buy and how she could help. I wasn't ready to bid at the auction and Helen did an excellent job (for me and her vendor) of keeping me updated and interested as a potential buyer. When I was in a position to make an offer, Helen managed the process with the vendor smoothly. She was always super responsive and professional throughout. Helen and Grace also helped make the process straightforward after my offer was accepted. Thanks also for helping to get the property ready to be rented through Harcourts - Helen went the extra mile. I will hopefully be able to work with Helen and Grace again in the future.
