Being locked out of Auckland just as we hit the market was a little disconcerting to say the least. We were unable to do all the final preparations for the property and were left a bit helpless. Helen has just made everything so simple and logical for us. Working within the industry myself, it was hard for me to select an agent from the team at Cooper and Co but I had to have someone who could communicate well for both myself and my partner. Having known Helen for a number of years and having witnessed her work ethic and commitment to her clients, we knew we had found the right person. Helen achieved a great result for the sale of my first home. The sales and auction process went very smoothly and I received invaluable support from her prior to the home going on the market right through to auction day. This included providing contacts for work to be done before the property went on the market, discussing strategy for marketing and options and feedback when the property was on the market. All in all I have been surprised how stress free the process was, much of this was down to Helen’s guidance and commitment to get a good result.
Once again Helen delivered outstanding results. Helen sold my mother in laws home and was so very understanding and patient as my mother in law is in a rest home and due to Covid we were unable to speak to them face to face. The only contact we had with my mother in law was through messenger so there was considerable delays in getting informationt to Helen. With these delays Helen still managed to sell the property at auction date and we were all very pleased with the end result. I highly recommend Helen if you are selling your property.
