Executor of my Mum's Estate and selling a Devonport, Auckland property whilst living in Australia.

I live in Melbourne Australia and in conjunction with Helen have remotely sold my Family Home in NZ. I chose Helen from a short list of 5 possible Agencies. I had researched online and found that Helen's name came up, positively, more often than any of the other 4 Agents. I also liked the scope of her Marketing Campaign, though slightly more expensive than the other 4, it gave the Home maximum exposure to the market across a wide range of sites. Helen exceeded my expectations of an Agent. She was always professional, attentive to my concerns or lack of procedural understanding and was constantly in communication with me via email and phone. Helen, without being asked, went above and beyond in helping my 2 brothers to find alternate accommodation, with the Home being placed on the market. The Home has sold at Auction for a respectable price. The whole process, from marketing to sale, ran very smoothly and this I fully credit to Helen's dedication to doing the utmost possible to achieve the best result. I would not hesitate to recommend Helen Mitchell to anyone considering selling their property, SHE IS GOOD.
