For Helen, property has always been about people.
With extensive experience in sales and a background in property management, Helen brings valuable hands-on property knowledge, genuine care and a calm, considered approach to real estate.
Through her experience in property management, Helen has helped owners and tenants navigate everything from everyday property matters and maintenance issues through to changes of ownership and the sale of tenanted homes. She understands that property decisions often come with a lot of moving parts and knows how important clear communication, attention to detail and having someone in your corner can be.
Warm, approachable and naturally people-focused, Helen has built a reputation for going above and beyond. Praised for her proactive approach, she takes pride in making people feel comfortable, informed and genuinely looked after. With a genuine love for meeting new people and bringing a smile or laugh to someone's day, Helen believes building great relationships should feel natural, enjoyable and personal.
Her property management background also gives Helen a valuable perspective when it comes to real estate. She understands homes, investment properties and the additional considerations that can come with bringing a tenanted property to market. This knowledge helps make the process easier for everyone involved.
Originally from England, Helen has a love for travel and exploring new places, having visited 29 countries before proudly making New Zealand home. Outside of work, she enjoys exploring the beautiful Bay of Plenty, walking her dog and cooking up delicious meals at home.
Now joining forces with Jayden Ashton at The Northern Group, Helen brings another layer of experience, energy and care to the team.
For Helen, it's simple: look after people, communicate well and make the property journey feel as seamless as possible, while always striving to achieve the best possible results.
