Helen had very good market and local knowledge. She understood our needs and balanced her activity around these. Helen was honest, focused and very communicative to make sure we knew how our house needed to be presented, and we worked together to achieve this. Where remedy work was required, Helen was very proactive referring us to the right source for support. Overall, a very good experience.
