Heather has been the best Real Estate Agent that we've ever worked with, hands down. We were referred to Heather as a young family looking for our first home. We could tell right away that her experience in the local market and working with first-time homebuyers would be a great fit. Her network enabled us see homes that we wouldn't have otherwise had the opportunity to see, and her confident demeanor during our Auction process gave us the feeling that we got the best deal. When we had to move overseas for family reasons, Heather stuck by our side - helping with getting our home listed, marketed, and full of potential buyers. She was great working with our tenants to set up viewings/open homes that worked for their schedules. In a down market, it took 3+ years find the right buyer. Every year, Heather was there for us, ready to update us on the market trends and to prepare us to list our home again. She was always available to have a quick facetime call or text exchange.
