This was a very positive experience for us. Heather was quick to provide an accurate estimate of our property's value and set reasonable expectations in terms of the market and sale process. In spite of Auckland going into lockdown yet again, she encouraged and reassured us that all would be well with our campaign. As expected, an offer was made on the date of sale deadline which aligned with the range set out in Heather's initial appraisal. Heather's straight forward, no nonsense manner of communication was refreshing. She told us what we needed to know and was on call to succinctly answer the questions we had, as they arose. We are quite content with the sale price she achieved for us and would be happy to recommend her to others who know what they want to achieve and desire to get there with minimal fuss.

We thoroughly enjoyed working with Heather on the sale of our house. She was friendly and personable but also very professional and extremely knowledgeable both of the Real Estate industry in general, and the local area in which we were selling. She was very approachable if we had questions to ask and we were kept fully updated on progress during the viewing process.
