We first met Heather and Kevin when we looked at houses in Conifer Grove in April last year. Back then, they went above and beyond to get our offers accepted on a property, but unfortunately, the buyer did not budge. We felt so bad that all their effort had gone to waste, so my husband and I vowed we would use them in the future. However, we did not expect it to be so soon. In early March this year, we had some personal issues that led us to the only conclusion possible: we had to sell our house in Conifer Grove that we had purchased only 10 months earlier. It was no easy feat as 4 parties owned it and time was limited. We knew with the change in the market we would not get what we paid for it and would come out at a loss, but Heather and Kevin reassured us they would do their best to get what the house was worth at that time, if not more. Long story short, we are settled in our new home now, and we would not have gotten through all of this without Heather and Kevin. They are our superheroes.
