Heather always kept us informed of what was happening with our house sale. She clearly understands her market very well, and had done her homework before we sat down to discuss things. Her approach to the selling process obviously works - she lets the buyer explore and doesn't interfere unless they want to know something - and her willingness to accommodate our timeframes and movements was excellent. She sold our lovely, one-of-a-kind home for a competitive price at a time when other properties weren't moving. We're so grateful for her skill and judgement... it made our lives so much easier.
