Patience and pricing reap rewards

I had a wee section for sale and it languished because just as I had it ready for sale a whole heap of similar sections came into the market locally. But I listened to Heatha’s advice on pricing, swallowed the pill and dropped my price to meet the market - and within a fortnight the new price attracted a fresh offer. From my neighbours - so it’s sold and I’m stoked - and I think my neighbours are too as they’ve been able to expand their boundaries.
